As a worldwide company, we value diversity and inclusion, although the proportion of women in our sector of activity is still too low.
It is time to change and break the bias!
Which is why, today, our CEO, Jean-Philippe Ricard, launches Freyssinet’s equality plan, based first on an equality charter statement. As we engage now to switch our company to a more balanced one in terms of gender diversity for a start, we have set some ambitious objectives.
