Marta, Site manager for Freyssinet Poland

Marta has been working for Freyssinet Polska Sp. z o.o. as a site manager for 3 years and is currently working on the A16 Rotterdam incremental launching project in Netherlands.

Her advice to women who are unsure about entering the construction industry? “I don’t think it’s about your gender, it’s more about listening to people, respecting others’s ideas and thoughts and being confident enough to make right decisions on site. (…) Don’t be afraid. Be confident about your knowledge and just go for it!”
